Help Us Ensure No Young Person Faces Tongue Cancer Alone

Young Tongues exists because people who have experienced tongue cancer themselves recognised a gap in support for younger patients.

Today, our global community connects thousands of young people affected by tongue cancer — providing peer support, trusted information and a place where lived experience can be shared openly.

We operate without government funding and rely on the generosity of individuals, communities and partners who believe in the importance of supporting younger people affected by this disease.

Your support helps us continue building a community where no one has to navigate tongue cancer alone.

Why Your Support Matters

Tongue cancer in younger adults is rising, yet many patients still face:

  • delayed diagnosis

  • age-inappropriate information and support

  • isolation from others their age

  • long-term life impacts after treatment

Young Tongues exists to address these gaps.

Through our community, advocacy and collaboration with clinicians and researchers, we are working to improve awareness, support and outcomes for younger patients.

Your support helps make this work possible.

What Your Support Makes Possible

Donations and fundraising help us to:

  • maintain our global peer support community

  • host virtual and in-person meet-ups

  • produce our patient-led podcast

  • raise awareness about tongue cancer in younger adults

  • collaborate with researchers and clinicians

  • advocate for improvements in care and policy

Every contribution helps strengthen the support available to people navigating tongue cancer at a younger age.
